Thanks for joining me!
As fearful as I was to start this, it is in the hope that I can inspire others as I have been to incorporate daily practices to nourish my body, mind & soul to continually improve my well-being. Focusing on myself and encouraging myself to grow has had a flow-on effect to external factors in my life such as how I perceive the people around me and any given event or situation I am found in, evaluating how I feel around particular things and the people I choose to surround myself with, exploring deeper and meaningful relationships with my nearest and dearest and anyone I am lucky enough to cross paths with. The choices I now make are influenced from a place that aligns with what I consider my highest good, choices stemmed from elevating my mindset, consciously and mindfully to feed positive energy in all areas of my life.
Please take note that I do not claim to be a nutritionist, health coach or practitioner or anything qualified of this nature, well not at this stage anyway. This blog is purely based on a passion and is essentially a wellness journey of an everyday girl who thrives in living a positive life. I truly hope you can find some of the content I post useful or inspirational at the least. If you’re like me I can understand that reading an article here and there may not hold much value at times, and you find yourself not feeling as motivated or inspired as you wanted to be. This is where I hope my blog can assist, by seeing a living example who has experienced the same ups and downs of self-worth, lack of confidence and desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle will hopefully give depth behind the words and topics you read.
There are so many people out there who have found that spark within allowing them to show up in their truth. As a result these people are living abundant lives, in varying degrees of course due to the mere fact we all define success and abundance in different ways. You know the people who always seem happy, nothing phases them, opportunities & experiences seem to just be given to them on a silver platter and you think they are just ‘lucky’. Well as of recent events throughout my self-growth, I don’t believe in luck or coincidences anymore and I truly believe that the reality is we are the masters of our own life. In essence, when we learn to stop limiting ourselves by beliefs holding us back from the things that make us truly happy, a life we desire is potentially right there for our taking, or a better term ‘creating’.
